Last order secured with ISDAS for their ÇANAKKALE Integrated Plant in Biga. Three steel plants (EAF furnace) with a total capacity of 4,5 million tons/year and four rolling mills with a capacity of 4 million tons/year.
Icdaş, have been producing construction steel and alloyed steel since 1970, is the second biggest steel producer of Turkey. ICDAS ranked in the 6th place among the 500 Biggest Industrial Enterprises of Turkey including the public sector.
SGM’s order is for a Scrap Cleaning Line and will not only consist of the essential components but also the auxiliary structure and the unloading conveyor belt. Scope of supply: SCL 150 v3.0 including:
- No. 1 Special vibrating feeder v3.0 with extended grid with special anti-clogging 30×50 mm holes
- No. 1 TME-Q 180/300
- No. 2 DNE 100/120
- No. 1 Master controller for the line
- Production drawings of steel structures, walkways and stairs
- Purchasing specification of the conveyor belts
