SGM Magnetics’ Air Classifiers are high-performance gravity-based separation systems designed to process Eddy Current Separator (ECS) waste, optimizing the classification of light and heavy fractions. These closed-loop systems efficiently remove soft light contaminants (such as foam, textiles, and dust) while concentrating valuable metals and heavy materials (such as rubber, heavy plastic, and wood), ensuring a higher purity output for downstream processing.

SGM offers two Air Classifier models, designed to accommodate different ASR (Auto Shredder Residue) sizes:
- ACS Model – For medium ASR fractions (20mm – 40mm)
- ACL Model – For large ASR fractions (40mm – 100mm)
