The SGM Permanent Drum Magnet (TMP) is a high-performance magnetic separator, engineered for efficient ferrous metal recovery in demanding industrial applications. With its proprietary magnetic circuit, combining Neodymium and Ferrite permanent magnets, the TMP Model provides strong surface attraction while maintaining deep-field magnetic performance.

How the TMP model works

  1. Material is fed from above onto the rotating drum, ensuring optimal exposure to the magnetic field.
  2. Ferrous materials are attracted and held onto the drum’s surface.
  3. Knock-Off Bars facilitate separation, guiding ferrous materials to a dedicated collection area.
  4. Non-ferrous materials continue their natural trajectory, ensuring clean separation.

The TMP Model is specifically designed for fine and heavy materials, delivering consistent separation efficiency in high-capacity operations.
