The SGM SIS Model is a heavy-duty Eddy Current Separator (ECS) designed for efficient recovery of non-ferrous metals from large-sized materials ranging from 20 to 130 mm. How it works:

The SGM SIS Model utilizes a high-speed rotating magnetic field to induce eddy currents in non-ferrous metals, repelling them from the material stream and allowing for precise separation.

Non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, brass, etc.) are repelled and ejected into a dedicated collection area.
Non-metallic materials (wood, glass, waste, etc.) continue along their natural trajectory, ensuring clean separation.

To further optimize separation efficiency, the SIS Model can be equipped with a ferrous drum magnet (TMP) to pre-remove ferrous metals before reaching the ECS, protecting the rotor and enhancing recovery rates.
