Special optional features of control panels

  • Reduction of residual magnetism in the load to prevent interference in sensitive applications, such as special alloy structurals. The control panel generates an alternating current pulse with decreasing amplitude during magnet de-energization, significantly reducing residual magnetism. The de-energizing curves can be customized via a touchscreen panel for different loads.
  • Current-based magnet operation instead of voltage control, ensuring consistent and accurate lifting force by automatically adjusting voltage based on the magnet winding’s electrical resistance.
